About this product
White kimchi is aged for up to 11 days, pressed and filtered into a clear, lightly tangy drink. Winner of SIAL Paris Innovation 2022 and THAIFEX – Anuga Asia Innovation 2024. Vegan, no added sugar, shelf-stable. Enjoy chilled, or use it as the base for cold kimchi noodles.
