1. About these terms
These terms apply when you browse or buy from the Narichan online store operated by Narichan Co., Ltd. (Agricultural Corporation), Republic of Korea. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You can check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the store you selected and apply to delivery in that country. An order is accepted when we confirm your payment. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund it in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment partners. Narichan does not store your card number or security code.
5. Delivery
Chilled products are dispatched Monday to Thursday. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed dates. See Shipping & Returns for details.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel free of charge until your order status changes to “Preparing”. Because our products are perishable food, we cannot accept returns once shipped, but we will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, warm or incorrect.
7. Food information
Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page. Please read them carefully before ordering, especially if you have a food allergy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
