How we ship
Kimchi and other chilled items are packed with ice packs in an insulated box. We dispatch Monday to Thursday so parcels are not held over a weekend.
Delivery times and costs
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery dates for your address are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Standard chilled shipping is free above the threshold shown at the top of the store.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United States, Japan and Malaysia. Some remote areas carry a surcharge or cannot be served with chilled delivery; you will see this as soon as you enter your address.
Duties and taxes
Applicable taxes are included in the order total. Import duties are prepaid by Narichan — there are no extra charges on delivery.
Tracking
You will receive an email, and a notification if you enabled them, when your order ships. You can follow it any time from Track order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the status changes to “Preparing”.
Problems with your order
If your order arrives warm, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full. As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
